Ah, Christmas! All the normal rules don’t seem to apply and we are surrounded by people who seem to be drinking everywhere and all the time. But just because you don’t have alcohol in your glass it doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy yourself and have fun. But there is also such a strong association between drinking and Christmas that it’s no wonder you might be feeling anxious or nervous about an alcohol-free festive season.

But, as I approach alcohol-free Christmas number four I know that there is so much to love and enjoy about Christmas that doesn’t involve getting wasted. Forget hangovers, passing out on the sofa, or feeling rubbish when it’s time to get up because ‘Santa’s been!’ There are so many ways to bring in the magic and sparkle to your AF Christmas.
