But there is also such a strong association between drinking and Christmas that it’s no wonder you might be feeling anxious or nervous about an alcohol-free festive season.
But, as I approach alcohol-free Christmas number four I know that there is so much to love and enjoy about Christmas that doesn’t involve getting wasted.
