The first stage in changing your drinking habits is to understand what is really going on with yourself. Become aware of your patterns, triggers, beliefs, thoughts and feelings around drinking. Why your behaviour is making you unhappy and what you want to achieve instead. This stage is becoming self aware and developing an understanding of your needs.


Stage two is very important. This part of the course gives you the tools and techniques to get to where you want to be without the need for alcohol. Learn how to cope with stress and emotions, thrive in social situations, deal with outside influences and learn how to replace old destructive habits with new healthier ones and begin a practice of self care.

This is where the magic happens. During this stage your self confidence will soar as you gain the clarity and understanding that you don’t need alcohol to be a Mum – you don’t need alcohol to do anything. Alcohol will no longer take up your space, you will experience a wonderful peace of mind and the freedom to start living the life you deserve.
