Inspiration for sobriety – 30 Days of sober inspiration to help keep you on track and true to yourself, wherever you are in your journey it is important to stay motivated, stay inspired and stay on the path you have chosen.

Changing your relationship with alcohol is the most wonderful thing you can do for yourself, it’s the best gift of love and care but I know it can be challenging, especially given our culture of using alcohol for everything.  We know that alcohol does us no good whatsoever and whatever your reason for deciding to change your drinking, it is important to keep this decision close to your heart and stay true to your choice.

I created this beautiful 30 days of sober inspiration e-book to help you to do just that. I believe living alcohol free is a positive life style choice, it is the most transformational journey you can go on and I want to help you stay on track. Sobriety can be hard, difficult, challenging, emotional and even painful. But it can also be uplifting, joyful, blissful, inspiring and above all transformational.

We deserve something beautiful and gorgeous to help us along the way. It is important to be open, proud and not feel shame or guilt because we want to change our relationship with alcohol.

The 30 days of sober inspiration e-book is designed to inspire and motivate you every single day for 30 days (and beyond) every day you will see an inspirational quote, a journal prompt to help you stay focused and manage thoughts and feelings that will inevitably pop up and finally, a beautiful affirmation to hold onto as you go about your day.

I love an inspirational quote, don’t you? They offer guidance, speak to us in different ways and give us something to think about as we go about our day. I have included some of my favourite quotes  in the 30 days of sober inspiration e-book and I hope they speak to you as much as they speak to me. If you’d like even more quotes to help you out, then have a look at a great collection on my page of wisdom.

You will also find a thought provoking journal prompt every day to help you go deep and peel back another layer of what is going on for you. Journaling is such a powerful activity and often we can speak to the pages in ways we would never speak to ourselves or others.

Journaling is a way of getting out of your head, of organizing your thoughts and expressing your hoped, dreams and desires. While the journaling activity will lift you up and inspire you, if anything pops up that you find difficult, or if you’d like to go deeper with anything then please do get in touch and we can work together to help you through any challenges you might be facing.

Inspiration for Sobriety

And finally, I have included a positive, powerful affirmation for you to take with you throughout your day and keep close to your heart as you sleep. Affirmations are wonderful and with each mantra you repeat to yourself, it’s like planting seeds in the ground.

First, they germinate, then they sprout roots, and then they poke their first little shoots up through the ground. It will take some time to go from a seed to a full-grown plant, but the more you repeat the mantra, affirm the messages the more they will sink into your subconscious and help you go from strength to strength.

The quotes, prompts and mantras each have a different daily theme and you can go through the e-book day by day or choose a page that really speaks to you depending on your mood. Make going through the e-book a part of your morning routine or use it in the evening to ground and calm you, affirming your reasons and your choice before you go to sleep.
