Being stuck in our heads is not always a great place to be, especially when we are consumed by negative thoughts or find ourselves going round and down in a spiral. I don’t know about you, but I over think everything! From getting up in the morning and taking a shower to repeating old conversations, imagining worst possible scenarios, and even planning this podcast.

I spend so much time in my head that it often gets in the way of me actually taking any action. This is especially true when it comes to making the decision to stop drinking. We spend so long, wishing, hoping and dreaming but then get lost in the fears and doubts, that we talk ourselves out of it, before we’ve given ourselves a chance!
